Yay!!!! I have finally completed the Hidden Wing series by Cameo Renae. I absolutely cherished every word in this series, never wanting it to end. This story follows 17yr old Emma who's parents recently passed away in a tragic car accident. She wakes up in the hospital with non life threatening injuries and is whisked away from the hospital to Alaska to live with an aunt she never even knew she had. The book is inticing and action filled from the start, during her journey from the hospital to the airport she is escorted by the sexy guardian angel Kade,  As soon as they land, Emma is attacked by a Darkling, which are creatures bent on trying to kill Emma. What Emma doesn't know, is that she isn't completely human and hell is trying to do anything and everything to make sure she doesn't make it to her 18th birthday. Once she arrives in Alaska she meets her Aunt Alaine whom she has an uncanny resemblance to. Emma is quite the trooper having to deal with the death of her parents, and a major move from California to Alaska. She meets Caleb and Courtney who are Alaine's adopted kids, so she's not completely alone because she has to be home schooled.  Emma is soon confronted with the dangers of living there and starts to question everything she's ever known and learns she has six of  the most beautiful bodyguards she's ever seen. In the series we find out the history of how Emma came to be and why Emma needs to make it to her 18th birthday. There is also a bit of a love triangle between Emma and Kade and somewhat of an angel from the underworld Ethon. Emma is bonded to two supernaturals and she must choose the right one because the wrong choice may cost her everything she holds dear to her. This would be a great movie, from the whole background of the estate that she lives in from the places that  she travels, and the problems that occur.  It's the battle of all times good vs. evil. Not everyone will win, lives will be lost and hearts will be broken.  Emma travels through the gates of hell, and learns all about her real heritage, all the while trying to portray a normal life to her best friends back home and tries to put on a brave front to protect the ones she loves. All in all you will not be disappointed, you will be intrigued, saddened, and happy. I wish this series could go on but all good things must come to an end, or shall I say a new beginning from Emma's life in the end. Please put this in the movies, to me its like twilight but the Angel version. What I'm trying to say that it would be just as good as the Twilight series was in the movies. So please take time out and read and recommend this to make it to the movies, I know I will.
